England conjured up a 2-0 victory over Andorra in World Cup qualifying at Villa Park on Saturday with a line-up that featured four Arsenal players.
An own goal from Christian Garcia gave England the lead before Declan Rice got on the scoresheet as Thomas Tuchel’s side made it four wins from four games in Group K ahead of Tuesday’s match against Serbia.
Three Lions head coach Tuchel named Eberechi Eze, Noni Madueke, Myles Lewis-Skelly and Rice in his starting XI for the clash against Andorra.

A very, very quiet game for the England goalkeeper with not much to do. Andorra didn’t have a single shot on goal.
Reece James – 8

Looked solid early-on and linked up well with Madueke.
His low cross into the Andorra six-yard box on 23 minutes caused chaos and led to Eze’s goal-bound shot being blocked. He fizzed in another inviting cross – but Harry Kane couldn’t quite reach it.
Got forward a lot and added width to England’s attack. Provided the assist for England’s second goal. Great performance from the Chelsea man.
Marc Guehi – 6
Didn’t have much to do – but probably the more impressive centre-back when compared to Dan Burn… Came off in the 76th minute for a rest.
Dan Burn – 6
Quiet game for Burn with not much to do…. His passing was solid though. Booked in the second half – although it was a little harsh from the referee.
Myles Lewis-Skelly – 6
Whipped a brilliant ball into the box inside the first 10 minutes but no-one was there to get on the end of it.
Couldn’t capitalise on a chance in the 29th minute after being set-up by Marcus Rashford.
Like James, he got forward plenty in the first-half and added width to England’s attack. Bit of a mixed performance when compared to James.
Elliot Anderson – 8

Elliot Anderson enjoyed a strong debut – demanding the ball off the toes of the centre backs, cleverly finding space to make himself available whichever team-mate had the ball and was reliable in possession.
He was very much pulling the strings and notably set up a chance for Eze with a brilliant pass. Involved in the build-up for the opening goal too.
Looked certain to score early into the second half – only to be denied by a remarkable save. Probably England’s Man of the Match – but he was a bit more quiet after that second-half chance.
Declan Rice – 7
Quiet first half for Rice – especially when compared to fellow midfielder Anderson – but his header in the second half doubled England’s lead.
Substituted in the 68th minute.
Noni Madueke – 8

Madueke looked bright early-on with Tuchel setting up his England team to attack down the flanks. Pau Babot found him too hot to handle and was shown a yellow card in order to stop the Arsenal winger.
He saw a shot blocked in the 17th minute and his sumptuous cross led to the Andorra own goal from Garcia which gave England a 1-0 lead.
One of England’s best players along with Anderson and James.
Eberechi Eze – 6
Eze tested Iker Alvarez with a low shot on 15 minutes but it was a routine save for the Andorra goalkeeper. Involved in the build-up for the first goal, though.
The Arsenal man was unable to convert a chance just before half-time – and another one early into the second half.
Overall, the Arsenal man had a few chances to be clinical in the No.10 position but didn’t really take them and was wasteful. Substituted off in the 78th minute.
Marcus Rashford – 6
Rashford looked bright early-on, cutting in from the left flank and beating two Andorra players before he was denied a penalty.
He was clearly made England’s risk-taker but did give the ball away a few times. His backheel into the box on 29 minutes was a nice attacking move.
Big miss early into the second half when he really should’ve hit the target and taken off in the 68th minute. Mixed performance from Rashford.
Harry Kane – 5
Kane had his first shot in goal just after the 10th minute but it was an easy save for Andorra goalkeeper Alvarez. Should’ve scored in the 23rd minute from James’ cross but wasted the chance.
Looped a header over the bar in the 38th minute. Wasteful again in the 73rd minute. Bad game from the England captain.
